Honest on every call. Checked before every change.
What the operator says before anything else, where your recordings live, and the three checks every version passes before it takes a call.
Gate readout · sample
On every call.
These are rules the code enforces, not settings someone can forget to turn on.
AI disclosureEvery greeting, every channel
The caller hears that they're speaking with an automated assistant before anything else. Web chat opens with the same line.
Recording consentChosen by area code
The consent line is picked from the caller's area code and spoken before any question. When the state is unknown or the number is ported, the operator uses the strictest all-party wording.
Nothing inventedTool-returned facts only
The operator offers only times, prices and confirmations your tools return. It spells back phone numbers and emails before saving them, and hands a call to a person when a transfer trigger fires.
Your recordings.
Recordings and transcripts hold your callers' personal information, so they're handled as the most sensitive thing we keep.
Kept for your business
Recordings and transcripts live in storage dedicated to your account, and every database row is isolated to the business it belongs to.
Never pooled
Industry packs, the starting points for new lines, hold aggregate patterns only, and only with your consent. Your transcripts are never in them.
Read-only connections
RingCentral and CallRail connect with read-only access to recordings. Nothing is written back to your phone system.
What we don't claim
Doppeldesk does not hold a SOC 2 or HIPAA attestation today. If your calls involve health information, talk to us before connecting recordings.
Before every change.
A voice agent is three things that drift apart: the prompt, the tools and the settings. The gate checks all three.
Drift check
Is what's live what we shipped? The prompt, every tool's URL and required fields, the model and voice settings, byte for byte, every night.
Contract check
Every error the booking system can return has a line telling the operator what to say. A version without one is refused.
Regression calls
Every objection mined from your calls is replayed against the new version by a simulated caller before it goes live.
Outbound and text, later and with consent.
The first launch answers inbound calls only.
Outbound calls
Renewals and callbacks the operator places itself need consent recorded on an earlier inbound call. They are not part of the first launch.
Text messages
Texts go out only after carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) for your business, and only to callers who agreed to them on the call.
