Keep your number. Keep your phone system.
Doppeldesk sits behind the system you already pay for. One forwarding rule sends calls to the operator, and your recordings come in through the system's API or as files.
Two things connect. Both come undone in a minute.
Calls come in through a forwarding rule you control. Recordings come in once, so the operator can learn from your team. Remove the rule and your line is exactly what it was.
Calls inOne forwarding rule
Your phone system forwards calls to a bridge number the operator answers: after hours first, then overflow or the full line when the board earns it. Your number stays yours and nothing ports.
Recordings inAPI or files
RingCentral and CallRail connect through their APIs with read-only access, authorized once by an admin. Any other system exports a folder of recordings. On the Launch plan you need none: we start from your website and a twenty-minute interview.
Your scheduleWhere bookings land
The operator books into Doppeldesk's capacity-managed schedule, and it only offers times that schedule returns. Connecting a custom booking system is built as a separate service, quoted at a day rate.
Setup guides by phone system.
On another system? If it can forward calls to an outside number on a schedule, it works. Google Voice and most business phone systems can. Ask about yours.
Keep going.
Hear your operator this week.
Tell us where the calls come in. We'll set up a test line and call you back with your operator on it.
