Keep Office@Hand. Answer after hours anyway.
AT&T Office@Hand runs on RingCentral's platform, so one after-hours rule sends calls to your Doppeldesk operator. Your recordings come in as a folder exported from the admin portal.
Forward after hours in the admin portal.
Same shape as RingCentral, with AT&T's labels. AT&T's guide shows the current screens.
- Open the queue
In the Office@Hand Admin Portal, go to Phone System › Groups › Call Queues, open the queue that answers your line, then Call Handling & Members.
- Set business hours
Set the queue's hours so the after-hours rule knows when to take over.
- Forward after hours
In the after-hours settings, choose Forward to external number and enter the bridge number we send you.
- For one user instead
Go to Users › Manage Users, pick the user, open Call Forwarding and Voicemail › After Hours, and forward to the external number.
Recordings
An admin downloads automatic recordings from the Recording column of the Call Log and sends them to us as a folder. Include calls that booked and calls that didn't; the miner learns from both.
No recordings?
Start on Launch. The operator is built from your website, an industry pack and a twenty-minute interview, then mines its own calls after two weeks.
Office@Hand questions.
Is Office@Hand really the same as RingCentral?
AT&T Office@Hand is built on RingCentral's platform, so call queues, after-hours rules and forwarding work the same way. Some menu labels differ.
How long are recordings kept?
Office@Hand keeps automatic recordings for 90 days (30 days on HIPAA accounts), so export the recent ones soon after you decide to start.
Do I have to port my AT&T number?
No. The number, the plan and the bill stay with AT&T. You add one after-hours forwarding rule, and removing it puts the line back.
Keep going.

Tell us where the calls come in. We'll set up a test line and call you back with your operator on it.
