When the mailer lands, every call gets a seat.
For seminars, briefings and group presentations fed by mailers, radio and ads. The calls come in waves, the sessions have seats, and every booking should carry the code that brought it in.
OperatorThanks for calling the Briefing Center. You're speaking with an automated assistant, and this call is recorded. Do you have the code from your invitation?
CallerIt says H-4-2-7.

What a campaign line adds.
Everything an appointment line does, plus the pieces a direct-response operation runs on.
Session capacity
Each session has a seat count. The operator books a whole party against it in one step, so the last seats can't be sold twice while two callers are on the line.
Same-day overflow
When a session fills, the operator offers the next open session that day instead of losing the caller to "call back tomorrow".
Source codes
The code from the mailer, the radio spot or the ad is asked for and saved on the booking, so each drop can be measured by what it booked.
Rosters
Every session carries its list of booked parties for the people running it.
Built on a real direct-response line.
Doppeldesk's pilot is a Houston travel membership company's marketing line: mined from the company's own recordings, with its human baseline measured and the operator gated before its first call. The partner isn't named publicly yet, and results are published only when the partner agrees.
What happens when a session fills?
Booking is atomic against capacity, so two callers can't take the last seat. When a session is full, the operator offers the next open session the same day.
Can it track which mailer or ad a caller came from?
Yes. The operator asks for the code printed on the mailer or read in the ad and saves it on the booking, so the board can show bookings by source.
How big a wave can it take?
Calls are answered in parallel, so a mail drop that rings the line all at once doesn't hit a busy signal. Minutes past your plan's allowance bill at $0.35 each.
Keep going.
Put the next drop on a line that never hits busy.
Tell us when the next mailer lands. We'll set up a test line on your recordings first.
